Brian Bonner has over 20 years of experience in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. He has attained the accreditation of Certified Hand Therapist and he has also completed specialty training to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations.

Malik Abuhamdeh, MOT, OTR/L
Malik is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University’s Master of Occupational Therapy program. He is a licensed and certified occupational therapist, with a passion to help patients recover from upper extremity orthopaedic injuries and maximize their full potential.
Joseph Beck, OTR/L
Joe is a graduate of Governors State University’s Master of Occupational Therapy program. He is a licensed and certified occupational therapist, with experience treating patients recovering from upper extremity orthopaedic injuries.

Kaitlin Dowling, MOT, OTR/L
Kaitlin completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Masters of Occupational Therapy at Governors State University.
Kaitlin is a certified and licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in treating upper extremity orthopaedic injuries. Working together with her patients, she strives to give the best care possible in order to get back them back to what they want to do and need to do.

Nancy Frech, OTR/L, CHT, CLT
Nancy completed her Bachelors of science in 1996 from Augustana College. In 1997 she earned her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. She had an interest in hand therapy from the start and earned her Certified Hand Therapist designation in 2004. Nancy has had over 20 years experience working in outpatient orthopedics. She enjoys working with her patients so they can return to doing the things they enjoy most.
Sandra McMahon, OTR/L
Sandy has been an Occupational Therapist for over 30 years. Her experience ranges from treating those with neurological disabilities to orthopedic conditions.
She initially worked in inpatient rehabilitation facilities and transitioned to outpatient orthopaedic settings which emphasized hand therapy.
Her resumé also includes years of Occupational Therapy student supervision along with being a faculty member at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn Illinois.

Marlene Perez, OTR/L, CHT, WCC
Marlene has spent her career as a licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in the treatment of hand injuries and upper extremity injuries.
Marlene’s involvement with hand therapy patients led her to develop a sincere interest in wound care management.

Barbara L. Shoemaker, OTR/L, CHT, CLT
Barbara is a 1990 graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago. She utilizes specialized hand therapy knowledge in the assessment and treatment of various hand traumas. Barbara provides interventions to restore work task functions as well as ability for daily life adventures.
Andrzej Waclaw, MOT, OTR/L, CHT
Andrzej completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at University of Illinois at Chicago and Master of Occupational Therapy at Midwestern University.
Andrzej strives to maximize the occupational performance of each patient in order to resume their most meaningful activities.
