Jeremy T. Bell, PA

Jeremy Bell has over 25 years of experience as a Physician Assistant; he has worked exclusively as an Orthopaedic PA for the last fourteen years alongside Dr. Anton Fakhouri in his hand and upper extremity clinic.

Mr. Bell is also a 25 year veteran of the US Navy. Prior to joining Dr. Fakhouri, he served as a Medical Service Corps Officer, providing medical care for the dedicated men and women of our armed services.

He believes that patient education and continuity of care are important to providing a rewarding health care experience and achieving the best possible outcomes and results.

Kelly J. Hermann, PA-C

Kelly Hermann, PA

After studying Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Illinois, Kelly earned her M.M.S in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. During clinical rotations she gained special training in surgery and pediatrics.

She is a Palos area native, an avid runner, and has a strong interest in youth and professional sports. Kelly believes that thorough and detail-oriented patient care facilitates positive patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

Douglas Olson, PA-C

Douglas Olson, PA-C

Douglas earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He later returned to UW-Madison to earn his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. He has experience through rotating in several surgical subspecialties during his graduate training.

Tyler Louviere, PA-C

Tyler Louviere, PA-C

Tyler earned his Bachelor’s degree in Cell, Molecular, and Developmental Biology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He then went on to earn a Master’s degree in Biology and Physiology from IUPUI in Indianapolis, Indiana. At Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, Tyler earned his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies. During his clinical training, he completed rotations in orthopedics, cardiothoracic surgery, internal medicine, and emergency medicine.

Michael Szypulinski, PA-C

Michael Szypulinski, PA-C

After studying Kinesiology at University of Illinois at Chicago, Michael attended Southern Illinois University where he received his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. During his clinical training, he completed rotations in surgery and primary care.
