Kerri Van Arnem, PA-C
Kerri Van Arnem has been a Physician Assistant (PA) for over 16 years earning her MPAS at the Interservice Physician Assistant Program. She then went on to earn a Doctorate in Emergency Medicine through the Baylor/US Army program and also completed a Point of Care Ultrasound Fellowship.
She recently retired from the U.S. Army after serving over 20 years on active duty and provided medical care to our military members, beneficiaries and civilians.
She wholeheartedly believes that taking extra time to understand her patients’ needs and thorough explanations result in better outcomes.
Jeremy T. Bell, PA-C
Jeremy Bell has over 25 years of experience as a Physician Assistant; he has worked exclusively as an Orthopaedic PA for the last fourteen years alongside Dr. Anton Fakhouri in his hand and upper extremity clinic.
Mr. Bell is also a 25 year veteran of the US Navy. Prior to joining Dr. Fakhouri, he served as a Medical Service Corps Officer, providing medical care for the dedicated men and women of our armed services.
He believes that patient education and continuity of care are important to providing a rewarding health care experience and achieving the best possible outcomes and results.

Abraham Kheireddin, PA-C
Abraham has earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He then graduated from Carroll University with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
“I believe the best tool a provider has is their ears. Each patient is truly special and unique, in which developing an excellent patient provider rapport is essential. I wish to make connections with our patients to better understand their needs and tailor to them.”
Douglas Olson, PA-C
Douglas earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He later returned to UW-Madison to earn his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. He has experience through rotating in several surgical subspecialties during his graduate training.

Thomas Pascual, PA-C
Thomas attended the University of Florida where he earned his bachelor's degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. Following graduation, he moved to Chicago where he completed his M.M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies at Northwestern University.
Thomas believes that patient-centered care is the foundation to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and provide an excellent patient experience. Developing strong relationships with our patients is always a priority.

Kelly Hermann Stanek, PA-C
Kelly has been a PA at MidAmerica Orthopaedics since 2014. She grew up in the area of the MidAmerica Palos office, obtained a bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, and then attended PA school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.
She enjoys many hobbies outside of work, including running, yoga, reading, live music, watching the Chicago Bears and playing with her young children!
Olivia Zawojski, PA-C
Olivia attended the University of Missouri where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. After graduation, she returned to Illinois to complete her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL.
Olivia believes developing a strong rapport with patients leads to better outcomes. She sees each patient as an individual and tailors the treatment to the patient.
