Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Chuck Prybylowski completed his Bachelor of Science and Nursing degree from St. Anthony College of Nursing. He went on to work as a nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Emergency Dept. While working nights full time he obtained his Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL. His orthopedic experience started in orthopedic sports medicine, which has continued to grow and expand since that time.

Chuck grew up in northern Illinois and in his downtime, he is passionate about physical fitness, cooking, and spending time with family/friends. He continues to be dedicated to the service of others in the surrounding community and emphasizes the importance of health/wellness.
