"I would like to nominate Dr. Kronen for assisting with the acceptance of a 2 year old transport request with two finger amputations. Dr. Kronen was not on the hand call schedule this day, but promptly responded to the page request. He was involved with several conference calls with the referring provider, all while managing his patient load at the office. Dr. Kronen demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and collaboration to provide care for this child. Dr. Kronen was a pleasure to work with and I thank him for assisting our team with this request." –Nominated by Nina Ortegon, RN, MCO, Transport Team
